No detail has been overlooked to make your stay memorable! MiMi’s Manor is the ultimate place to spend your next Lake Martin vacation. This new construction cottage-style home at Lake Martin boasts plush accommodations, beautiful furnishings and is well suited for groups of all sizes. Like all good MiMi’s, the owner has made it extra child friendly with all the things needed to travel with kids of all ages- a great bunk room with gaming station, children’s toys, lake toys, pack n’ play & changing pad, innertube, fishing poles, gymnastic tumbling mat and more! And for the bigger kids: poker table for 10, inflatable movie screen & projector (there is even a popcorn maker!), floating island, wet bar, paddleboard, floating island and more! Entertaining is a breeze with its large fully equipped kitchen which is both functional and beautiful with upgraded appliances. There is plenty of room for gathering at the giant island while meals are prepared as the open floor plan allows for easy sight into the living area and lake views.
While we don’t recommend it- if you must work while you are at the lake, there is also a desk equipped with 2 computer screens, ready to for your laptop to connect!

Features include a waterfront location with dock and a huge covered porch with swinging bed for lounging. Outdoor living space includes a fireplace stocked with firewood and a Traeger grill with pellets. 12 guests occupancy limit. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. 2 car driveway limit. No street parking. 

This centrally located home is close to all Lake Martin's hot spots. Bring your bathing suit and toothbrush and be prepared to never want to leave!

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer. TV’s in each bedroom. Keurig coffee maker w/ K-cups. All major kitchen appliances provided.
 

This property has many great features-a Trager Grill with Pellets, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, air fryer, poopcorn maker, and more! 
The dock has stairs for easy access swimming!

Parking is in the driveway in front of the house. There is a 2 car limit and no street parking. If you need additional parking please park in the gravel overflow parking lot at the very front of the neighborhood on the left near the dumpster or at our office - 7674 Highway 49 S, Dadeville.
